9 months old...

Where is the time going? My baby is 9 months old!!! Ali has become so busy the last month. She is constantly on the go; she crawls everywhere, pulls up onto everything, checks everything out, and follows her sister around. She is busy, busy, busy and wants to learn everything she can! Her laugh continues to be one of the sweetest sounds I know. She has started giving big hugs by attempting to wrap her tiny arms around me. I love it!!! She is so sweet and is such a joy! I can see now that Ali and Claire will be the best of friends, but will also have some very different opinions in the future. It is so fun to watch the girls interact together and think about the friends they will be.

8 months old

Sweet Ali has turned eight months old! The day after she turned eight months, she started crawling! Now Ali is constantly on the move. She is pulling up to a stand and is trying to figure out this exciting, new world!! Ali loves playing with Claire and loves to laugh at her. Ali and Claire love to chase each other down the hall. :) Ali does not like to sit still too long, she has to be on the go all the time. Ali has four teeth coming through on her top gums. Which will make a total of six teeth when the teeth push through. Ali continues to be very easy going and very loving. She is growing so fast and I could have never imagined how fun having two beautiful girls could be!

Going Potty...

On a whim, we decided to start potty training Claire 4th of July weekend. To our surprise, Claire did amazingly well! It has been 30 days officially and Claire has very few accidents. Claire naps without a diaper and wakes up dry from the night almost every night! Claire is growing up so fast and has made potty training seem easy. Good job, Claire!

Again, I'm a little late on my posting. Two little girls keep me busy! :)

We had a fun July 4th by hanging out at the house, going to a church cookout and popping fireworks with friends. Claire still was unsure what to think of the fireworks. She clung tightly to me when they popped. She loved the colors, but did not like the loud noises.

Father's Day

We celebrated Father's Day with two amazing men, Daddy and Papa! We love you both and thank you for all that you do for us!

I had a hard time getting Claire to cooperate in picture taking, so the best ones are of Ali and Claire, in motion of course. :) Ali getting excited!

Ali's Dedication

Our sweet Ali was dedicated in June at our church. Grammy was able to come down for the special day! Mommy wasn't feeling the greatest because she had just had her wisdom teeth out. Beau and I pray that we help Ali to know how much God loves her and what special plans He has for her! We love you, sweet girl!

7 months old

Our sweet Ali is growing so fast! She is sitting up strong and is trying to crawl. She gets on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth. Daddy is determined to get her crawling soon. Ali continues to have such a sweet personality, but is starting to show a little bit of the determination that her sister and daddy has. ;) She has 2 teeth and they shine when she smiles. She is such a blessing!!
